Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules can change. To protect our coaches’ time and facility resources, the following policies apply to all lessons, training sessions, and programs.

Rescheduling Policy

• Lessons may be rescheduled at no charge if requested 12 hours or more before the scheduled start time.

• Rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the lesson start time will incur a $45 rescheduling fee.

• All rescheduled lessons must be completed within 30 days of the original lesson date.

• Only one complimentary reschedule per lesson is permitted.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 12 hours or more before the scheduled start time may be credited toward a future lesson.

• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before, or failure to attend without notice (no-call/no-show), will result in:

  • forfeiture of the session and

  • a $45 late cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy

• A no-show is defined as failing to attend a scheduled lesson without prior communication.

• No-shows will automatically be charged the $45 fee, and the session will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Payment & Enforcement

• Fees must be paid prior to scheduling any future lessons.

• By booking a lesson, you agree to all terms in this policy
